Healthy Peppermint Mocha Recipe
Enjoy a healthy alternative to the holiday's coffee flavors. Ingredients: 1 cup brewed strong coffee, 1 TBSP coconut oil or MCT oil, 1 TBSP grass-fed butter I use Kerrygold or ghee, 1 tsp cocoa powder, peppermint stevia to taste (@ 8 drops), 1 drop therapeutic grade peppermint essential oil optional. Instructions: Brew coffee and while still hot, pour into blender or large cup if using an immersion blender. Add other ingredients and blend on high for 10 seconds until emulsified.
