Peppermint Mocha Coffee


RELAX AND ENJOY THE HOLIDAYS

Ingredients include 6 cups freshly brewed coffee, 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, 1-1/2 cups hot milk, 1 tsp. peppermint extract, 8 peppermint sticks. Pour coffee into large saucepan. Add chocolate; cook on low heat 5 min. or until chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally. Add milk and extract; stir until well blended. Garnish each serving with a peppermint stick. Moisten rim of coffee cup with wet paper towel, then dip rim in crushed peppermint candies on a sheet of wax paper. Let stand inverted on wax paper until ready to fill with coffee and serve. For the final touch, quickly dip one end of a JET-PUFFED Marshmallow in water just to moisten, then roll in crushed peppermint candies to evenly coat all sides.
